DelegateCampus maintains a strict, unconditional zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), child grooming, or any content or behavior that harms, exploits, or endangers minors.

Any attempt to produce, upload, transmit, store, solicit, advertise, or share CSAM/CSAE on DelegateCampus will result in:

• Immediate, permanent account termination and device/IP ban.
• Instant removal and purge of all related content from our servers.
• Mandatory referral and reporting to law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and national law enforcement bodies (National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal, India).

This policy applies to all forms of user-generated content and interaction on DelegateCampus, including text posts, study notes, document uploads (PDFs, images), profile pictures, direct or group messages, event descriptions, and comments.

In compliance with Google Play Child Safety Standards and applicable regional laws, DelegateCampus maintains a dedicated safety officer and point of contact who is trained and ready to address reports, inquiries, and law enforcement communications regarding child safety and CSAM prevention.

DelegateCampus provides simple, accessible in-app reporting tools on every post, note, comment, discussion thread, and user profile across our mobile and web applications:

We employ automated safeguards combined with trained human moderation to detect, filter, and prevent CSAM and CSAE before or immediately after it reaches the platform:

• Automated Keyword & Image Scanning: Real-time filtering of text inputs and uploaded media against known abusive patterns and keywords.
• Metadata & File Validation: Verification of uploaded PDF notes and media files to block suspicious file types or payloads.
• Priority Escalation Queue: Reports containing child safety keywords automatically trigger high-priority alerts to our safety moderators.

When a violation of our Child Safety Policy is identified, DelegateCampus immediately executes the following actions without prior notice:

1. Immediate Account Banning: Permanent suspension of the offender's account and revocation of all platform access.
2. Content Quarantine & Removal: Immediate removal of the offending content from public view and secure quarantine for evidence handling.
3. Device & IP Blacklisting: Permanent block of associated hardware tokens and IP subnets to prevent re-registration.

Upon identifying potential CSAM or child exploitation content, DelegateCampus preserves relevant data (including IP logs, timestamps, user account details, metadata, and offending content) in a secure, encrypted state for legal subpoenas or law enforcement investigations, in accordance with applicable data preservation standards.
