By accessing or using DelegateCampus (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), situated at https://www.delegatecampus.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms").

Please read these Terms carefully before using our student community features, notes sharing dashboard, jobs board, and AI study utilities. • You must be currently enrolled in or affiliated with a recognized college, university, or educational institute.
  • You must not have been previously suspended, banned, or blocked from the Platform for guideline infractions.

3. User Accounts

To upload documents, post updates on the feed, or apply for internships, you must register for a user account. You agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate, and up-to-date details during registration, including your real college affiliation and degree majors.
  • Protect your account credentials (password) and assume responsibility for all activities occurring under your account profile.
  • Notify our helpdesk immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or compromise of your user profile.

4. Community Responsibilities

DelegateCampus is a safe space for collaborative learning. As a member of our community, you agree not to:

  • Harass, stalk, abuse, or express hatred towards fellow classmates, educators, or site administrators.
  • Attempt to post spam, promotional links, advertisement materials, commercial solicitation, or duplicate content.
  • Violate the academic code of conduct of your respective university, which includes using notes or posts to cheat on live assessments.
  • Review our complete code of behavior details in our Community Guidelines.

5. User Generated Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content, notes, posts, comments, and media you submit to the Platform ("User Generated Content").

However, by submitting content, you grant DelegateCampus a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable license to store, format, cache, index, display, and distribute your material to other students on the Platform. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates intellectual property or community standards without prior warning.

6. Notes & Study Materials

When uploading handwritten lecture notes, previous papers, or study guides, you must ensure that you own the rights to the material or have permission to share it.

Specifically, you must not upload copyrighted textbooks, scanned copy books, test banks, or answer keys owned by third-party publishing companies. Notes must be uploaded to assist in student revision and should not promote academic dishonesty.

7. Jobs & Internship Listings

DelegateCampus shares job and internship listings as an informational resource for students. While we attempt to verify employers:

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of job descriptions, payment guarantees, or recruitment processes of external employers.
  • You agree to apply at your own discretion. DelegateCampus is not liable for agreements, disputes, or outcomes arising between you and recruiters.
  • Employers posting vacancies on the Platform must comply with our vacancy posting regulations, ensuring no entry fees or deposits are charged to students.

8. AI Features

Our platform includes automated AI student tools designed to summarize notes, formulate study plans, and enhance text search capabilities.

AI generated outputs are provided on an "as-is" basis. Due to the nature of large language models, AI content may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or technical errors. You are responsible for verifying the facts and answers of any AI outputs before using them for exams or projects.

9. Intellectual Property

Excluding User Generated Content, all material and features on the Platform (including branding, logos, site UI design, software, assets, layout structure, code base, and technical components) are the exclusive property of DelegateCampus and are protected by Indian and international trademark, copyright, and patent laws.

You may not copy, scrape, modify, reproduce, or resell any part of our platform without prior written consent from our corporate office.

11. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or delete your user account and restrict your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, university codes, or have engaged in conduct harmful to other student members.

Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may request account appeal review by writing to support.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian laws, DelegateCampus, its founders, team members, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Your access to or inability to access the Platform.
  • Any content, notes, information, or material uploaded by other students or third parties.
  • System downtime, database loss, or security compromise events.

13. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that files uploaded by users are completely error-free, that the platform will operate without interruption, or that the content represents official course answers. You assume full responsibility for using shared student materials.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make updates, we will update the date at the top of this document.

Continuing to use DelegateCampus after new Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this document periodically.
