Community Guidelines
Last updated: August 1, 2026
1. Respect Everyone
DelegateCampus is built to be a positive, constructive, and supportive academic community. We believe that mutual respect is the foundation of collaborative learning.
All users are expected to treat classmates, university peers, moderators, and employers with professional courtesy and dignity. Healthy academic disagreements and debates are completely normal, but they must be focused on concepts rather than personal identity or character.
2. No Harassment
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, bullying, or intimidation. Prohibited behaviors include:
- Targeting specific users with persistent unwanted direct messages, comment mentions, or reviews.
- Doxxing, which includes posting or threatening to post private contact numbers, personal emails, or social profiles of peers.
- Conducting coordinated campaigns of negative comments, downvotes, or insults against specific community delegates.
3. No Hate Speech
We do not permit any form of hate speech on the Platform. Hate speech is defined as content that attacks, denigrates, incites violence against, or demeans individuals or groups based on:
- Religion, caste, race, ethnicity, or nationality.
- Gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or physical disability.
- College background, university tier, or regional identity.
Accounts found sharing derogatory slurs, discriminatory posts, or prejudiced remarks will face immediate and permanent deactivation.
4. No Spam
Keep DelegateCampus clean. Do not post spam, advertising links, or repetitive contents. Prohibited activities include:
- Posting referral links, affiliate marketing codes, cryptocurrency schemes, or off-topic commercial promotions.
- Uploading the same file multiple times across different branches or pages to inflate download stars.
- Flooding discussions, comments, or activity feeds with automated replies, link baiting, or empty posts.
5. No Fake Notes
The credibility of our notes sharing portal is essential. You must not upload fake, corrupt, empty, or intentionally misleading files.
Files must be accurately labeled, properly tagged by course and branch, and contain genuine study contents (notes, PYQs, summaries). Uploading empty PDFs, unrelated documents, or files carrying spyware will lead to immediate account suspension and a reset of your community reputation stars.
6. No Copyright Violations
We respect intellectual property. Only share documents that you created yourself, or have permission to distribute publicly.
- Do not upload complete scanned textbooks, digital textbooks, paid study packages, or publisher workbooks.
- Do not upload confidential materials, answer keys, or lecture slides without the explicit authorization of the respective professor or department.
- For copyright takedown claims, write to us at support@delegatecampus.in. We act swiftly to remove infringing materials.
7. Responsible Discussions
Our discussion boards, comment sections, and feeds are designed to help students solve academic queries. Please:
- Keep discussions relevant to study, college life, exams, career guidance, and branch updates.
- Do not share political propaganda, national disputes, religious debates, or adult media.
- Encourage peers who ask basic questions. Remember that everyone is here to learn.
8. Academic Integrity
DelegateCampus supports learning progress, not academic dishonesty. You agree to respect the testing codes of your university:
- Do not request or share answers to active examinations, live midterm tests, or online quizzes.
- Do not use the community chat or discussion boards to cheat or coordinate answer distributions during university exam slots.
- Do not copy other students' assignments or notes directly to submit them for your own graded assignments. Use materials to guide your comprehension.
9. Safe Community
We maintain a safe, welcoming digital community for all students. Accounts attempting to share malware, phishing links, illegal documents, or scripts designed to compromise user data will be terminated.
Further, users must not engage in impersonation of college professors, university officials, recruiters, or other student profiles.
10. Jobs & Internship Posting Rules
To protect students from employment fraud, employers and community members posting jobs or internships must adhere to the following rules:
- Listings must be for genuine, verified job or internship openings. MLM schemes or commission-only roles must be labeled clearly.
- No posting entity may charge students registration fees, deposit fees, or require mandatory device purchases to apply or work.
- We reserve the right to remove any career listing that appears suspicious or lacks clear contact credentials.
11. Report Abuse
Community self-moderation is powerful. If you observe any content, message, file, or comment violating these guidelines:
Click the "Report" button directly on the post or file page. Alternatively, compile links or screenshot evidence and email our community team at support@delegatecampus.in. We review and act upon all reports within 24 hours.
12. Consequences of Violations
If an account is verified as violating these Guidelines, we will enforce penalties depending on severity:
- Formal Warning: Sent via email for minor, first-time infractions (e.g. incorrect category tagging).
- Content Takedown: Immediate deletion of the offending file, post, or comment.
- Temporary Lockout: Suspension of account access and dashboard postings for 7 to 30 days.
- Permanent Account Deactivation: Indefinite ban and blocking of IP/email credentials from creating future profiles.
13. Keeping DelegateCampus Helpful
DelegateCampus belongs to you, the students. Help keep it helpful by sharing authentic lecture notes, answering queries, mentoring junior classmates, and reporting policy breaches.
We thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a safe, productive, and respectful study platform.
